In addition to adopting the Code of Ethics to regulate the correct performance of its activities, the Group adopts and, consequently, implements an Organisation, Management and Control Model with which it defines a structured system of rules and procedures to be followed in order to pursue the corporate purpose in full compliance with current legal provisions.
